Expensive Taste KW 10th Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Good day all!

Our 10th Annual golf tournament took place this past Saturday at the Rebel Creek Golf Course in Petersberg. It was the biggest and most successful tournament we have run yet. What a fantastic day had by all. First off, thank you to Frank Bester and the staff at Rebel Creek who were amazing at hosting the tournament, they are the best course in Waterloo Region with the most attentive staff. If you ever need a place to host a golf tournament be sure to put them on the top of your list.

This year we raised funds for Safe Paws Animal Rescue of Ontario. About | Safe Paws (safepawsanimalrescue.com) and we’ve got the highest amount ever collected. Thank you all who took part in the Raffle, the Closest to the pin and the putting contest. The money raised is going to a great cause with “Safe Paws”.

A huge thank you to our corporate sponsors, Flortek Canada, Pristine Painting and Decorating and JD Eco-Care Solutions. Justin Kielly told me that he and his colleagues from all three businesses had a great time and we hope to partner with them in future events.

The group of Marshall Dekking, Taylor Dekking, Paul Dekking and Kevin Veldheon were the top group on the day finishing at -13! Great job team, that’s a fantastic score.

Finally, a huge shout out to Adam Buchholtz (back left in the above pic) with support from the E-Board, for spearheading and running the event. Without your efforts the tournament wouldn’t have been what it was. Great job and a huge kudos from all involved. Everyone I spoke with had a great day and that is a direct result of the time and energy you spent Adam. Amazing job and a huge thanks!
